Atlanta Botanical Garden: Flora, Concerts & Art

Step inside 30 acres of botanical bliss and enter a menagerie of wisteria, azaleas, gardenias, orchids, Tropical Rotunda and cacti. Since the Garden opened its doors over 35 years ago, there's been more than 50 species of plants and exhibits added including a High Elevation House with waterfall, and indoor Fuqua Conservatory, a Desert House showcasing plants from the dry region of Madagascar and a tropical conservatory with live plants and the animals that live near them.

Daily shows and classes are available at the Botanicals including Yoga in the Garden, Growing Edibles and drawing. Children love it here too as they have their own Children's Garden to explore with swimming, honeybee tours and music. This serene and peaceful top Atlanta attraction is perfect for the whole family to spend a day enjoying nature.

Can I bring my pets to the garden?

Although the gardens is a natural environment that pets would love to play in, pets are not permitted inside the Garden. Service animals are permitted with proper I.D. Garden etiquette must be observed throughout your visit.

Is the garden handicap accessible?

Nearly all areas inside and around the garden are indeed handicap accessible. They offer wheelchairs on a first come, first serve basis and visitors may rent electric mobility scooters for their convenience.
